Patrick Dempsey and his wife Jillian just added on to their family – two more to be exact. Twin boys Darby Galen and Sullivan Patrick were born Thursday in Los Angeles. The boys join their sister 5-year-old Talula Fyfe. Obviously, Dempsey has “arrived” in Hollywood, since his children’s names vie with Demi Moore and Bruce Willis’ for most odd.

Rosie may be off The View, but that doesn’t mean she’ll be absent from TV sets for long. When asked Monday about her future plans for television, she said, “you’ll hear very soon.” For some reason, I don’t think Barbara Walters or Donald Trump will be guesting on any show she has in the works.
Al Franken likes to talk about politics, but now he’s putting his money where his mouth is. He is planning to quit his radio show February 14th, and take a run at the Senate. He hopes to secure the 2008 Democratic nomination in his home state of Minnesota. Al, just keep saying it: “I’m good enough, I’m smart enough, and doggone it, people like me!”
Keith Urban is done with rehab after a three-month stint at the Betty Ford Center in Palm Springs, California. Urban checked himself in to the Center in October to deal with alcohol abuse. His wife, Nicole Kidman, visited him in rehab. His plans for the year include the Love, Pain, and the Whole Crazy World Tour, starting this spring.
Ty Pennington released a statement apologizing to his fans and his co-stars on the ABC hit “Extreme Makeover Home Edition.” Pennington was arrested at 12:30 am on Saturday in Los Angeles for investigation of drunken driving.
“We all make mistakes, however this is about accountability. Under no circumstances should anyone consume alcohol while driving. I could have jeopardized the lives of others and I am grateful there was no accident or harm done to anyone,” the reality TV host said.
“This was my wake-up call,” Pennington said. “I also want to apologize to my fans, ABC Television and my design team for my lapse in judgment and the embarrassment I have caused.”

10. Harrison Ford.
What do you think – did America get it right?
Lindsay Lohan reportedly checked herself into the rehab facility Wonderland Center in Los Angeles on Wednesday. No word on exactly why she has entered rehab, though:
Lohan’s camp has not disclosed precisely why the 20-year-old actor, a nightclub fixture who admitted last year to attending Alcoholics Anonymous meetings, sought out rehab. According to its site, Wonderland treats everything from crystal meth, cocaine, alcohol and heroin addictions to eating disorders, sexual compulsions and out-of-control shopping habits.
I hope she gets the help she needs. She’s a talented actress, but has seemed to deconstruct over the past year, all in public view and gleefully covered by the media.
Paul McCartney’s new album, due June 5 in the US, will be a retrospective. The songs draw on memories of the past and growing up in Liverpool. This will be his 21st solo album. An upcoming music video of the song “Dance Tonight” will star Natalie Portman. Wonder why he didn’t ask Heather Mills? She has dance experience now, after her stint on “Dancing with the Stars.”
Toddlers in New Jersey just wanted to watch Playhouse Disney’s “Handy Manny,” a show about a handyman with talking tools. Unfortunately, they got a little more than they bargained for when “Handy Manny” disappeared and a rated X movie began showing in its place. Comcast Cable has claimed responsibility for the error, and says that the Disney Channel had nothing to do with the mix-up. Parents were, understandably, pretty upset.
Producers of ABC’s hit sci-fi show “Lost” announced that they are in talks with the network on a timeline to bring the series to an end. But that doesn’t mean that this season will be their last – only that having a timeline in place will give them an idea of where things are going. I sure hope they have the answers to all our questions and aren’t just writing things as they go. When the show ends, viewers deserve to have all loose ends tied up.
