I remember just a few short years ago, the concept of GPS was still in its infancy. Who would have imagined that here in 2008 it would begin becoming ingrained as a part of our culture? Now, even low-end cars come enabled with some form of GPS. People are using GPS in productive ways. I just hope it doesn’t become a way to monitor everyone ala 1984, then GPS will have worn out its welcome.

I recently got a nice flat screen television. I don’t know whether it’s HD or LCD or any of those crazy monikers, the only thing I know is the picture quality is stellar and the sound is superior. That is when I got to thinking about mounting the TV on the wall, one because it would deter robbery. It’s hard to make off with a TV stuck to a tv wall mount. The other was cosmetic. It just looks better hanging the thing on the wall.

Since about New Year’s Day, I have noticed an increasing back pain problem that plagues me throughout the days. The subject was mesothelioma caused by environmental factors. Those effected could send away for a chunk of the settlement. Most of the time, these class action suits end up getting each person a few cents. I was involved in a credit card settlement once, got my check in the mail for .04 cents. It cost them more for postage!
