In spite of staying up all night to debate the Iraq War, the Senate still voted down a measure to begin withdrawing troops from Iraq in 120 days. There needed to be 60 votes for in order for the legislation to move forward, but the vote was 52 for, 47 against. So what next? Will Democrats try again?
