A Newsweek poll released on Saturday shows President Bush’s approval ratings at 28 percent, an all time low for the beleaguered president. 62 percent of Americans believe Bush’s recent actions on the war in Iraq show that he is “stubborn and unwilling to admit his mistakes.”
