In the latest telephone poll asking about potential match-ups in the presidential election, Obama would beat both of the top Republican contenders. It seems that Barack Obama would have 6 percent more votes than either Fred Thompson or Rudy Giuliani if we held the election right now. I think the Democrats should be watching this closely if they expect to have a Dem in the White House. The poll doesn’t say how Hillary Clinton would’ve done against those two.
