Today is Monday, and the weather is gray but the temperature is so nice I figured I would sit inside and blog with the windows open :D  We often talk about the war on here, and things of the political nature, but today I would like to focus on peace of mind.  Too often Americans are batteling with stress, because we let too many things bother us!  People need to learn how to relax more, life is supposed to be fun!
