Home Carnival

posted by Kaza

You may have read my last post and got hungry for some classic carnival food. While I have been making elephant’s ears for a few years in my home, I never had the opportunity to make bulk amounts of buttery popcorn until I went out and got popcorn machines. You see, one bag in the microwave just wasn’t enough for me. After eating funnel cake and cinnamon almonds, I needed that yummy popcorn to help it all go down.

Fun Exercise

posted by Kaza

There are many ways to promote self-fitness nowadays. Remember back in the day, jumping on a trampoline? Those days don’t have to be so distant. Even if it has been thirty years or more since you bounced around on a trampoline, you can still get one in your home. That’s right, there are tiny trampolines available at sports stores to encourage you to get your body moving.

Stair Lift

posted by Kaza

My mother recently had hip surgery, so it made it hard for her to get up and down her stairway. She had to go out to get to the doctor, after all, in home visits are a thing of the past. That is why my brother and I installed stair lifts for her. That way, now and in the future, she will be able to get out of the house no matter what her mobility situation is.

When they saw Elton and his millions of dollars walking out the door, they rushed to a local retailer to pay full price for the silk sheets, just to keep the man happy and spending.

GPS Future

posted by Kaza

I remember just a few short years ago, the concept of GPS was still in its infancy. Who would have imagined that here in 2008 it would begin becoming ingrained as a part of our culture? Now, even low-end cars come enabled with some form of GPS. People are using GPS in productive ways. I just hope it doesn’t become a way to monitor everyone ala 1984, then GPS will have worn out its welcome.
